Return & Exchange Policy

Activewear & Loungewear

All sales are final for activewear and loungewear.
Due to hygiene and quality control standards, no size exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted for these items.

Waist Cinchers, Trainers & Sweat Bands

These items are eligible for a reserve exchange for the exact same product only.

If you ordered the incorrect size, please follow these steps:

  1. Secure your correct size by placing a new order (subject to product availability).
  2. Email info@fitbyraycruz.com with both order numbers to confirm your reserve exchange request.
  3. Once verified, we will issue a return label for the incorrect item.
  4. Upon receiving your return, store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).

Please ensure you complete your purchase and communication using the same email address linked to your ROCFITWORLD account. This allows you to easily access and manage your store credit within your account dashboard.
