GROUP A (Morning Training)
Tuesdays & Thursdays • 9:30 AM
GROUP B (Evening Training)
Tuesdays & Thursdays • 6:30 PM
Each group includes 8 sessions per month. No rollover sessions. Replays included if you miss a class.
